  Very disappointed with this bus company, we booked a bus for our Kinder children to go on an excursion for a Christmas party and they never rocked up. When we asked them about it, they said it wasn't booked, which is a total lie!

  Daughter was at the bus stop in Hepburn Springs from 6:00 am to 6:30am, no bus stopped or even went past at scheduled time of 6:17. Of course when I inquired the driver says he went past the stop and no-one was there. No tracker on the bus conveniently, therefore unable to substantiate. Has anyone else ever caught the bus from Hepburn Springs to Ballan and confirm service operates consistently?

  I once had a bus driver doing the town service make a mistake but I was fine with it because it was a good laugh (when I say that it means good cause i love a goof mistake story) and I think this mistake made me love the Bacchus Marsh coaches bus town service literally cause I understand error is a thing and I don't expect everything to run perfectly (cause everyone makes mistakes.
  Anyway whoever the driver was this day I want to see more of him.

  Honestly a pretty tragic bus service. They have been changing random rules from what I gather starting with refusing service to scooter riders and apparently they are looking in to banning skateboards and other transport options from being on this bus service. Solid 1 from me definitely doesn't seem like they really care about the community or they wouldn't hang up on calls asking about there policies would definitely suggest and it would be much appreciated if you were to show your rules and polices so the public isn't held up due to your choices

  Never on time or doesnt even bother showing up for ptv in bacchus marsh. And absolute joke dont rely on them to get anywhere!!!
